Method will attend Northern Arena with Cloud9 talent Mike "shroud" Grzesiek as a stand-in, Samuel "SileNt3m" Portillo has revealed. The Canadian player will fill in for Connor "streboR" Roberts, who is unable to attend the event this weekend for unspecified reasons. The news comes at a time when Cloud9 are taking a competitive break as they conduct tryouts to find a replacement for Sean "seang@res" Gares, who stepped down from the roster last month.
Method have been drawn into Group B for Northern Arena, alongside compLexity, FolloweSports and CLG Red. The teams will face each other in a round-robin group stage, with the top two sides advancing to the semi-finals. This means that Method will attend North Arena with:
